Job Title: Quality Assurance Section Head Job Brief: Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems and activities. Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products. support areas in gathering and analyzing data.Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality assurance requirements and considerations. Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data. Specific responsibility: 1. Member of the team in IPQA and lead a team in document center. 2. Render expertise in quality control in manufacturing operations where and when appropriate. 3. Lead and motivate workforce under your supervision. 4. Maintain effective quality audit, appraisal and reporting system such that deficiencies are reported back to those responsible for immediate corrective actions. 5. Coordinate the quality improvement program in the assigned area. 6. Promote quality awareness within the organization. 7. Promote use of statistic techniques in manufacturing and support activities. 8. Interface between customers and manufacturing on quality matters. 9. Continuously improve the quality system through preventive approaches. 10. Interface with process engineering, production and QA personnel in resolving manufacturing problems, customer complaints and audit failures and follow up on implementation of CORRECTIVE ACTIONS. 11.Attend to customer / business centers complaints on our product reliability with the aim of preventing them form recurrence. 12. Consistantly review the operating system to ensure compliance to QS/ISO9000/TS16949 Quality System. 13. Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes (EICC, SOX or internal control) and ensure compliance; ensure all workers under his / her supervision have obtained necessary training; ensure workers to report violations of company labor, ethics and EHS policies / laws / requirements; ensure identified labor, ethics and EHS issues are corrected in a timely manner. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Min 8 years work experience in quality assurance field; electronic or semiconductor industry related quality experience is a preference 3. 2 years in management role 4. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET 6 or above is preferred 5. Good communication skill with people.
